    Hey GF, great shows as ever. I didnt know there was a problem. Only one way to deal with this. If you get disconnected, you will lose the ship/avatar and die. nothing to it. I didnt think any game in 2016 still use anything but that function. It is 2016 and no isp should be dropping connection, well sometimes they digg up cable. Get a router with usbslot that can be use for a 4G dongle.

      My isp was. Daily we’d lose connection a few times. They came and fixed it, but losing Hearthstone matches was bad enough. A while ship and all accrued rewards? No thanks.

    Wonderful episode everyone.

    Logging off should not be an instantaneous thing, that way you hedge the results of both reasons for character downtime. If it is a random disconnect, most times there would end up being little or no penalty. On the other hand if your are disconnecting deliberately, you will still pay some penalty.

    after a disconnect a ship should start heading off towards a safe harbor. After a set period time of receiving no damage, it can be replaced with an NPC ship that will, once out of visual range will disappear.

    If you want the disconnected player’s ship to stick around and score the kill, keep plunking it.
