Guard Frequency Episode 003 | Plane Sailing
Greetings Citizens and Civilians, and welcome to the third episode of Guard Frequency, the universe’s premier Star Citizen podcast recorded on Saturday 28th December 2013 and released for streaming and download on New Year’s Eve 2013 at GuardFrequency.com
Geoff, Lennon and Tony are back with a show that’s sure to stave off your cravings until the dogfighting alpha is released! This week, we hear about an unusual mid-air rescue on the Squawk Box before we get you current on the latest CIG News, featuring the latest Crowd Funding Update hitting $35m, and with it the latest Letter from the Chairman. We also cover physics and camera switching from a forum post by The Chairman himself, the release of the Drake hoodies, Foundry 42’s new offices (and their competition where you can win some sweet loot), more Dogfighting updates and the WIP: Hangars’ artwork released before throwing our throttle to full as we head into our new segment, Nuggets for Nuggets, where we let you know what you need to think about when getting into the game. Finally, we’ll tell all of you folks how you can get in the Feedback Loop and join our conversation!

Hi guys, and thanks for another great episode! I just wanted a tiny bit of clarification on something you said last time. I had asked if you guys would consider doing a “what we know so far” type episode to catch everybody up on the game’s features and lore, and the response on the show was:
“Uh, yeah! Theres a couple of really excellent websites…” (referring to http://www.eidolonius.com)
My question was about the “Uh, yeah!” part. Was that “Yeah, we’ll do that, and in the mean time here is a cool website”, or did that “Yeah” really mean “No thanks, but here is a cool website instead”? Just wanted to make sure I understood correctly X-P
Wellllllllllll… Put it this way, we have a new segment 😉
Keep up the good work guys.
