I believed at this point that its become a scam, 16 companies with land, tank sales. Constant backpedaling on his promises, found he lied about working on the game a year before the kick-starter. We do not need Crytek to destroy the game Chris already has.

It’s a scam, really, how? There is actually a product to play with. A scam is when you pay for something and there is nothing in return.

Hi guys, we’re allowing comments on here on the grounds this is a civil, level-headed and open discussion. Mud slinging and personal attacks won’t be tolerated

Great Podcast, but I’m curious about your suggestion that CIG should consider Squadron 42 as DLC for SC. Is there a legal definition for DLC? Squadron 42 can be purchased and played (supposedly, as it’s not out yet), without owning Star Citizen the mmo. Can you call it DLC if you don’t need to own the base game? I’m genuinely curious about this and the case in general. It seems right now that CIG and CryTek have very different views on what the GLA they signed means. I wonder if there is actual confusion, or if one of them is misrepresenting the contract. Anyway, I appreciate hearing the opinion of an actual lawyer. Keep up the good work.

Another fantastic episode! I enjoy Tony’s “big picture” legal commentary and the roleplay segment. Wouldn’t a cybernetic dwarf be 1/4 lifeform? Keep up the great work!
