Links and the Like

Warhammer 40000: Chaos Gate – Demon Hunters

Warhammer Forty Thousand Colon Chaos Gate Dash Demon Hunters is an isometric turn based squad tactics game from developer Complex Games and published by Frontier Foundry – or more commonly known around here as “FDev.” Tony got all the promotional emails and got suckered – uh, PERSUADED – to give it a try. He’ll have his thoughts for you here in a minute, and he’s making me read this copy because it’s very much NOT a space sim.

Starfield

Starfield publisher Bethesda announced the game’s long anticipated new feature: a six month delay! Everybody saw that one coming, right?

Hunternet Starfighter

Hunternet Starfighter announced some graphical updates and some interesting picture-picture functions for your cockpit.

Elite Dangerous

Elite Dangerous had a livestream this week and announced that Update 12 is still on track for the end of May, and talked about a new mission type: the illegal raid defense. You’ll need a crackerjack team and upgraded weapons to survive, and the mission doesn’t spawn very often, so …. Good luck finding and finishing it.

Star Citizen

And Star Citizen announced the beginning of the Invictus sales event. Oh and also it’s a free fly trial and in-game event. 3.17.1 is on the live server now and everyone hopes the server stabilizes. Also, a rare and LENGTHY Letter from the Chairman that started with a quote from the movie Groundhog Day, and maybe that wasn’t the best choice. And … somebody made a Star Citizen history video and EVERYONE made sure Tony knew about it.

Community Questions

  • What are you flying during the free fly in Star Citizen?
  • Are you planning on taking on the new mission in Elite, assuming you can find it?

McFly. Marty is a zebra from Madagascar.

So Chaos gate is No mans sky?

Two immutable laws in the universe, good games are always delayed (sometimes bad games, hence not a law), anything Bethesda makes will have bugs. Hopefully auto driving cars never want to install Bethesda software.

Fallout 3 went to orbit in the Zetan dlc, just saying.

    Yes, i felt the homage.

    Excellent show everyone.

    aoli roll?
